MY MANIFESTO

Hi there! I’m Christy Pennick.

I’m an award-winning Realtor, Special Needs Mama, real estate investor, and Central Park resident of 11 years.

I moved to Colorado in 2004 from Oklahoma and never looked back. Colorado (and Denver in particular for an urban-loving gal like me) has everything I could ever hope for, and I love helping clients find their perfect corner of Denver too.

My International Business degree, combined with years working with multiple real estate businesses, has set me up to win contracts for Buyers and get top dollar for Sellers. Whether you are a first time home buyer, a family looking to trade up for more space, or an investor looking for your next rental, I have experience with it all.

When I’m not working on real estate deals, you’ll find me with my husband and son rooting for local Denver sports teams, soaking up the Colorado sunshine, and advocating for families who have kids with special needs just like ours.

Whether you are relocating to the Denver Metro area or the Central Park neighborhood, looking to build financial freedom through investment properties, are a special needs family with unique needs for a home, or simply wanting a realtor in your corner—it would be my honor to serve you in real estate.

a few of my

Favorite Things

01. My Family

My little family is my Why. My husband Chad works full time at Children’s Hospital, but comes in clutch to support me and all things real estate. Our Dream Team (we call ourselves CP3!) is rounded out by our son Cashton, who is 12-years-old and is as fun & confident as they come. Cash is a total Rockstar who is on the Autism Spectrum, and he is always teaching me how to look at life from a different perspective. Our family is committed to a growth mindset and getting a little bit better each day.

02. Wealth building through investment properties

Owning a rental property in the Denver Metro area can be an excellent way to diversify your investment portfolio. We’ve been real estate investors for many years, and it has been a great income source that we use to fund a lot of therapies for Cashton. Let’s have a chat if you want to grow your investment portfolio or if you’re just getting started!

03. Celebrating working mamas

Being a Mama is a full-time job itself, and big high-fives to all the Mamas however you spend your days. While I think that work-life balance is a unicorn and not attainable, I focus on how to be present in the moment where I’m at…whether it’s with clients or at my son’s basketball game. Taking care of yourself and filling your own cup is a necessity, I always say that Self-Care is not Selfish. The support of other women and moms is crucial-–if you need anything, I’ve got you!

04. Talking about & normalizing mental health

Chad has worked in pediatric mental health for the last thirteen years plus we raise a child on the Autism Spectrum, so we Eat Sleep Breathe mental health in our home. We give our money and time to organizations that work to normalize the conversation about mental health and provide effective support/resources.

05. Helping Families with Special Needs

Through the years, we’ve been so lucky to connect with other families who have kids with special needs (or extra needs as we like to call it!). These kids and families have been an incredible community and support to us. If you’re a family who has an amazing kiddo with extra needs, we’d love to meet you and have you join our community! All are welcome here!
